As part of the department

You’ll join as SVP Sales in EG’s Healthcare & Beauty division - with full ownership across three business units: Healthcare, Beauty & Wellness, and Member & Legal. A newly defined, division-level role reporting directly to EVP Johnny Iversen, sitting on the divisional leadership team.

In 12 months, you’ll have transformed a largely inbound-dependent model into a proactive, data-driven revenue engine - driving sustainable double-digit recurring revenue growth across SMB and Mid-Market, in close collaboration with Business Unit and Product Management.

Your tasks: Set, Lead, and Drive

  • Set division-wide commercial direction - market positioning, pricing, and growth initiatives in partnership with Business Unit and Product Management.
  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable 2–3 Sales Managers, their teams, and the marketing function - building a high-performance culture where accountability and development go hand in hand.
  • Build repeatable pipeline generation programs - reducing inbound dependence and driving prospecting excellence across SMB and Mid-Market.
  • Own P&L visibility through budget ownership, KPI management, and structured pipeline follow-up - closing gaps proactively, not reactively.
  • Partner with RevOps in your first six months to accelerate speed-to-lead and seller productivity through technology and process.
  • Leverage AI-enabled workflows and modern sales technology to sharpen commercial decisions and scale productivity across the division.

You are the ideal candidate if:

You combine strategic clarity with the ability to motivate people around a growth agenda. You think at the division level and act at the deal level.

You are not the type who sets up a strategy and then steps back. You coach your managers when a deal gets tough, join the customer conversations that matter, and stay close to the business where it counts.

You bring:

  • Extensive B2B sales leadership experience in healthcare - ideally with exposure to Danish primary or secondary care.
  • A track record of driving recurring revenue growth across multiple sales teams or business units.
  • Strong pipeline management discipline and repeatable outbound prospecting programs - you build engines, not one-off wins.
  • CRM fluency, data-driven sales methodology, and comfort with modern sales technology.
  • AI as a core part of how you lead - using it to sharpen pipeline insights, accelerate decisions, and scale seller productivity.
  • A motivating leadership style that builds accountability, ambition, and continuous development.
  • Fluent Danish and English; based close to our office in Ballerup or Aarhus.
