As a Barista, you bring warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality to every morning shift. You are passionate about creating great coffee experiences and making every guest feel welcome from the start of their day. Whether preparing a perfectly crafted espresso, serving a grab-and-go breakfast, or creating a positive interaction with guests, you approach service with care, speed, and attention to detail.

You take pride in opening the bar each morning, preparing the space for service, and ensuring everything is ready for our guests to enjoy a smooth and welcoming start to their day. You maintain a clean, organized, and inviting coffee environment while ensuring every beverage and breakfast offering meets our high standards. Your knowledge of coffee, strong communication skills, and natural sense of hospitality make you an important part of the guest experience.

About you…

• Experience preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages with attention to presentation and consistency.

• Comfortable opening the bar each morning, setting up the station, and preparing for daily service.

• Experience preparing and presenting grab-and-go breakfast items while maintaining quality and presentation standards.

• Ability to deliver friendly and efficient service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic bar and service area throughout the shift.

• Skilled in restocking and maintaining inventory of coffee supplies, milk, syrups, breakfast items, cups, and other essentials.

• Handling guest orders and payments accurately and efficiently.

• Understanding of food and beverage hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.

• Able to work independently during busy morning service while maintaining high standards.

• Flexible to meet the needs of a 24-hour operation.
