Help drive digital transformation in complex building and industry projects
Our team, Digital Management, contributes to a wide range of complex projects across sectors including healthcare, hospitals, pharmaceuticals, industry, data centres, commercial high-rises, cultural buildings and corporate headquarters. We support clients both as digital advisors and as part of multidisciplinary design teams.
Together, we are committed to becoming the leading consulting team within BIM Management and digitalisation.
You will become part of a team of approximately 45 ICT, BIM and digitalisation specialists across Denmark. We are located in Aalborg, Aarhus, Esbjerg, Lyngby and Odense and work closely together to deliver innovative digital solutions for our clients.
Your responsibilities as a BIM Manager, will include:
- Establish the project BIM organization and plan the BIM execution throughout the project phases to ensure the projects is BIM compliant. Ensure that BIM roles, responsibility, workflows and deliverables are clearly defined and aligned across the involved project members and disciplines.
- Have and support a close collaboration with the PM and project management team in planning and execution of the project's deliverables – also with change management focus within the project.
- Collaborate and involve colleagues in India and Lithuania, to support efficient BIM coordination on the project.
- Be part of a Digital Management discipline that continuously evolve and support standardization of BIM processes and standards on projects. This includes a focus on integrating automation processes to project deliveries.

On top of that, you will have:
- At least +5 years of experience within BIM Management and digitalization in the building industry.
- Experience supporting digital project delivery, BIM management and digital collaboration across project stakeholders.
- Comprehensive knowledge of BIM standards and processes, Common Data Environments (CDEs), digital workflows, and information management principles.
- Knowledge of ICT specification and industry standards, including YBL18 and Molio standards.
- Tools such as Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Dalux, Navisworks and others.
- Strong planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- A self-motivated, curious and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to challenge established ways of working and continuously develop professionally.
