About us
Welcome to the Liquidity Control, Analysis & Reporting team within Danske Bank Group Risk Management.

Team
As part of the Market and Liquidity Risk department, the Liquidity Control, Analysis & Reporting team operates as a second line of defence. We monitor, analyse and report on liquidity and funding risk across Danske Bank Group, with a strong focus on regulatory liquidity metrics, internal liquidity limits, cashflow quality and data-driven risk insight.

Our primary stakeholders include Group Treasury, Group Finance, Markets, IT and colleagues across Market and Liquidity Risk. We collaborate closely with these stakeholders to ensure that liquidity risks are well understood, that controls are robust, and that management and regulatory reporting is timely, accurate and insightful.

The team’s core responsibilities include daily monitoring and control of liquidity cashflows, liquidity limits and completeness controls, monthly validation of key regulatory metrics and reporting templates such as Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR) and Additional Liquidity Monitoring Metrics (ALMM), and continuous improvement of analytical tools and reporting platforms such as Atoti and Tableau.

The role
As an Analyst within the Liquidity Control, Analysis & Reporting team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and controlling liquidity cashflows, liquidity curves, stress test and related limits across the Group.

  • Investigating, explaining and escalating liquidity limit excesses, completeness issues and data quality observations in a clear and timely manner.

  • Supporting monthly validation and approval of key liquidity metrics.

  • Performing daily and periodic controls such as Early Warning Indicators, trapped liquidity reviews and cover pool-related checks.

  • Contributing to the development, documentation and improvement of liquidity data flows, product structures, automated controls and reporting dashboards.

  • Preparing reports for senior management and regulatory authorities and contributing to ad hoc analyses on topics affecting liquidity.

The team is located in Danske Bank’s contemporary Copenhagen offices in Postbyen. To maintain close collaboration with key stakeholders and risk takers, team members are expected to work from the office at least three days a week.
