Are you passionate about strengthening quality performance, driving process improvements, and shaping a strong quality culture across multiple sites? We’re looking for a Group Quality Specialist to elevate our Quality Management System, secure ISO 9001 compliance, and support our organization in working smarter, safer, and more consistently.

This is a key role with broad impact — perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment where structure, dialogue, and continuous improvement go hand in hand.

What You’ll Drive And Own

  • Ensure ISO 9001 compliance through updated standards, procedures, and documentation
  • Lead Management Review processes across sites and prepare monthly quality performance reports
  • Analyse claims and quality trends, initiating corrective actions proactively
  • Facilitate root cause analyses and drive CAPA activities
  • Strengthen change management practices and support process alignment
  • Act as the main contact for certification bodies and coordinate external audits
  • Train colleagues in quality tools and foster a strong quality mindset across the organization
  • Collaborate closely with production, engineering, supply chain, and support functions across countries.

You are structured, analytical, and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You enjoy turning data into direction and helping teams succeed through clarity, coaching, and collaboration.

You could be a strong fit if you have:

  • Experience with quality management in manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of QMS, continuous improvement, and root cause methodologies
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to train, influence, and support teams across functions
  • A proactive, structured, and results‑oriented mindset
  • Fluency in Danish and English.
A background in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field is an advantage.
