In this role, you'll be a strategic partner to GTM leaders, helping optimize processes, systems, reporting, and data to create a more scalable, efficient, and predictable revenue engine. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution—leading cross-functional initiatives, improving our revenue tech stack, and delivering actionable insights that enable better business decisions.

- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales/Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce CRM and hands-on experience with Clari. Experience with additional GTM technologies such as Salesloft, Qualified, Ample market, or similar platforms is considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building scalable reporting, dashboards, and data models that drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
- Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with EMEA GTM leadership as a trusted Revenue Operations advisor, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and align initiatives with business priorities.
- Optimize end-to-end revenue processes across the customer lifecycle, ensuring scalable workflows and seamless handoffs between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Drive continuous improvement of the Revenue Operations technology ecosystem by partnering with Systems teams to optimize platforms including Salesforce, Clari, Salesloft, Qualified, Ample market, and other GTM tools.
- Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and operational insights that support forecasting, pipeline management, executive business reviews, and data-driven decision making.
- Improve GTM execution through optimization of lead routing, segmentation, territory management, account assignments, and performance tracking in collaboration with Marketing Operations.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, including process redesigns, new GTM motion launches, and technology implementations, ensuring successful delivery and measurable business impact.
- Champion CRM data quality and governance by establishing best practices for data hygiene, enrichment, and ongoing database health.
- Support strategic planning by contributing insights for territory design, headcount planning, revenue forecasting, and quarterly business reviews.
- Drive adoption of Revenue Operations tools and processes, ensuring teams are enabled with scalable documentation and best practices.
