Learning and development in a collaborative team environment
As a Student Assistant in the Brand Team, you will support the day-to-day operations while learning the fundamentals of campaign development and content delivery. You will contribute to Tier 3–5 campaigns (up to two at a time), gaining practical experience and helping ensure continuity across projects.
In this role, you will work closely with Managers and Specialists, supporting planning and execution while building your understanding of team workflows and delivery dynamics.
Furthermore, your assignments will include, but not be limited to:
- Supporting 1–2 Tier 3–5 campaigns at a time (not expected to work on Tier 1–2 campaigns)
- Maintaining trackers, managing folders, and taking structured notes to ensure campaign continuity
- Assisting with research, internal references, and documentation tasks
- Contributing to both planning and delivery phases (e.g. pre-read preparation, content reviews)
- Shadowing Managers and Specialists to gain insight into campaign execution and collaboration
- Delivering timely and accurate contributions to support team reliability and performance
