For otte måneder siden åbnede Rox Resort ved Køge Marina med ambitionen om at skabe et sted, hvor gastronomi, gæstfrihed, kultur og oplevelser mødes i ét samlet univers.
Siden åbningen har vi budt tusindvis af gæster velkommen, etableret os som en ny destination i området og skabt et stærkt fundament for den oplevelse, vi ønsker at levere hver eneste dag. Nu søger vi en Supervisor til Smith, vores signaturrestaurant, som vil være med til at løfte gæsteoplevelsen og udvikle vores serviceteam.
Om Smith
I hjertet af Rox Resort finder du Smith, vores signaturrestaurant. Her kombinerer vi kompromisløs kvalitet med varm gæstfrihed, lokale råvarer og internationale referencer. Restauranten er et samlingspunkt for både hotellets gæster og lokale besøgende, der søger en gastronomisk oplevelse med personlig service og høj faglighed.
Som Supervisor bliver du en central del af restaurantens daglige drift og videre udvikling. Du arbejder tæt sammen med Front of House Manager og Restaurant Manager samt resten af teamet for at sikre, at hver service lever op til de standarder og den atmosfære, som kendetegner Smith.

Som Supervisor er du mere end en erfaren tjener. Du er rollemodel, kulturbærer og en synlig leder på gulvet.
Du går forrest under service, skaber struktur og overblik, støtter teamet og sikrer, at gæsterne oplever nærværende værtskab fra første velkomst til sidste afsked.
Du fungerer som et naturligt bindeled mellem Restaurant Manager, køkkenet og serviceteamet og bidrager aktivt til både drift, kvalitet og udvikling.

Eight months ago, Rox Resort opened at Køge Marina with the ambition of creating a destination where gastronomy, hospitality, culture, and experiences come together in one cohesive universe.
Since opening, we have welcomed thousands of guests, established ourselves as a new destination in the region, and built a strong foundation for the experience we strive to deliver every single day. We are now looking for a Supervisor to join Smith, our signature restaurant, and help elevate both the guest experience and the development of our service team.
About Smith
At the heart of Rox Resort lies Smith – our signature restaurant. Here, we combine uncompromising quality with genuine hospitality, local ingredients, and international influences. The restaurant serves as a gathering place for both hotel guests and local visitors seeking a dining experience defined by personal service and professional excellence.
As Supervisor, you will play a key role in the restaurant’s daily operations and continued development. Working closely with the Fornt of House Manager and Restaurant Manager plus the rest of the team, you will help ensure that every service reflects the standards and atmosphere that define Smith.
Your role
As a Supervisor, you are more than an experienced waiter or waitress. You are a role model, a culture carrier, and a visible leader on the floor.
You lead by example throughout service, creating structure and maintaining oversight while supporting the team and ensuring that every guest experiences genuine hospitality from the moment they arrive until they leave.
You act as a natural link between the Restaurant Manager, the kitchen, and the front-of-house team, contributing actively to operations, quality, and ongoing development.
Key responsibilities

Lead evening service and ensure a smooth and professional flow throughout the restaurant

Conduct daily briefings and prepare the team for service

Deliver and maintain exceptional service standards throughout the entire guest journey

Participate actively in mise en place and service

Coach and support colleagues during service

Foster strong collaboration between the kitchen and restaurant teams

Handle guest feedback professionally and with a solution-oriented mindset
-
Contribute to the training, motivation, and development of the team

Support the continued development of Smith’s service culture and guest experience
We are looking for someone who

Has experience from a restaurant or hotel environment with high service standards
-
Possesses natural leadership skills and thrives on responsibility

Is passionate about hospitality, gastronomy, and creating memorable guest experiences

Has a genuine interest in wine and fine dining
-
Maintains composure and overview during busy services
-
Is present, professional, and able to inspire and motivate those around them
-
Takes ownership and focuses on solutions rather than limitations
