We are looking for a System Specialist to join our Systems and Platform team in R&D. In this role you will enable agile delivery, optimize systems processes and systems efficiency, and support our SAFe-based development setup across hardware, mechanical, acoustic, and software domains.

The Team You Will Be Part Of

The Systems & Platform team operates in both constantly evolving consumer electronics and regulated hearing aid development where we own and advances R&D’s high-level processes and systems. These activities cover selection and administration of R&D systems, support agile development process, guide part of GN’s product cyber security initiatives and participate in selection, configuration and implementation of GN’s PLM systemWe continuously improve our systems and data foundation to support innovation, Eco System Partnerships, Automation, and AI.

Your Contribution Is Appreciated, And You Will

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracles Agile to support the R&D operations.
  • Collaboration with Operations to develop and implement system changes, dashboards, workflows, and reports to improve transparency and performance.
  • Work with R&D and IT to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Train and mentor team members in effective PLM use.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security requirements.
  • Support integration with other tools and systems as needed.
  • Build and main close relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable innovative and efficient processes and solutions.
  • Take on business owner responsibility for product cyber security tools like BlackDuck and Coverity.

This role requires 5-10 travel days per year. More travel days are optional but not a requirement.

To perform well in this role, we imagine that you have:

  • Experience in R&D or high-tech environments, working cross-functionally with stakeholders in R&D, IT and Product Management.
  • Experience with systems and data management in similar roles.
  • Deep understanding of SAFe principles and practices and SAFe certifications (e.g., SAFe Practitioner, SAFe Agilist).
  • Significant experience managing Oracles Agile in a complex agile setup
  • Knowledge of cloud services, and integration tools
  • Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with process automation, scripting, and customization in e.g., BlackDuck and Coverity.
  • Ability to coach teams in Agile and potential cyber security tools best practices.
  • Experience in implementing organizational change management for improvement benefits
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
