About UK Vein Care
UK Vein Care is one of the UK's leading providers of specialist varicose vein treatments and part of Nordic Health Group, Europe's largest network of dedicated vein clinics. We deliver high-quality, medically sound treatments through a modern, patient-centred experience - helping patients improve their quality of life through safe, effective outpatient procedures across our +60 clinics in 5 countries.
As we scale our UK operations, we are building a patient coordination team capable of operating at a higher level: better conversion, higher patient satisfaction, and a more efficient, professional service experience from first enquiry to booked treatment.
The Role
We are looking for a Patient Sales Advisor who will directly raise the bar for how we engage with patients. This is a commercially focused, phone-first role - your core job is to convert patient enquiries into consultations and treatments, and to do it consistently, at volume, and to a high standard.
You will work within our CRM and patient management systems daily. You need to be genuinely comfortable with technology, fast to learn new tools, and disciplined about data quality and follow-up.
This role is a high-impact position at the centre of our UK growth.
Key Responsibilities
-
Handle incoming patient enquiries across phone, email, and chat - with phone as the primary channel
-
Proactively follow up with patients and guide them confidently through the decision-making process
-
Convert enquiries into booked consultations and treatments, working to clear daily and weekly targets
-
Manage patient records accurately and consistently within our CRM system
-
Support invoicing and payment collection
-
Identify and flag process improvements that could improve conversion rates or patient experience
Who You Are
-
Proven phone sales performer - you have a track record of converting leads and hitting targets in a phone-based role
-
Tech-savvy and a fast learner - you pick up new systems quickly and are comfortable navigating CRM platforms, booking tools, and digital workflows without hand-holding
-
Experience with CRM or customer service systems is essential; experience in healthcare or medical services is an advantage
-
Structured and disciplined - you manage high enquiry volumes without letting quality or follow-up slip
-
Compassionate communicator - you understand that patients are often anxious and you know how to build trust quickly while still guiding them to a decision
-
Target-driven - you are motivated by results, not just activity
