Development & Operational Planning Manager (14-Month Contract)

As part of our Development & Operational Planning (D&OP) team, you’ll play a key role in translating complex portfolio plans into clear, data-driven decisions. Collaborating across functions, you’ll help balance long-term ambitions with development capacity to optimise our product pipeline. Please note: This position is based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 3 days/week in-office and 2 days/week from home. There is no relocation support for this role.
Core Responsibilities

Support the creation of the D&OP material and the Portfolio Master Plan.

Contribute to the D&OP storyline analysing complex situations within balancing portfolio planning and development capacity to bring forward recommendations.

Create demand model s drawing on relevant measurements and demand accuracy insights to translate portfolio plans into clear resource demand signals (bill of resources).

Be a business partner across the D&OP interfaces establishing effective processes and streamlining ways of working enabl ing others to focus on strategic priorities.

Drive adoption and continuous optimisation of the D&OP platform, ensuring alignment between processes, tools and data.

Drive the D&OP social team activities.

This role is part of the Development & Operational Planning (D&OP) functional team reviewing and balancing the portfolio plan with development capacities on a long-term horizon to optimize the product development process. You will join a team of 4 highly skilled and dedicated colleagues, playing a crucial role planning our product development. Operational experience with Product Development, Sales & Operations Planning or Business Planning Processes is an advantage.

Strong skills in Excel and/or Power BI.

Experience within Product, Marketing and Development is a plus.
