Then you might be the Support Consultant we are looking for!

As part of the department
You will become part of EG Housing's Customer Support team and have primary responsibility for 2nd line support for EG ProBo, EG ProBo Extra, and EG Bolig – our solutions for professional property administration.

You are the link between customers and the technical teams. You understand both the business side and the systems, and you ensure that nothing falls between the cracks.

You will handle cases that require more than quick answers – guidance on configuration and setup, follow-up on open cases, and ongoing documentation of solutions to ensure that knowledge is retained. You maintain an overview and drive your cases to completion.

You will be based in Ballerup and work closely with colleagues in Aarhus. The team is informal, professionally strong, and characterised by a collaborative spirit – especially when things move quickly.

Your tasks: Supporting, Solving, and Driving Customer Success
You will be responsible for:

  • Guidance and configuration – helping customers with setup, customisation, and correct use of EG ProBo, EG ProBo Extra, and EG Bolig.
  • Case management and follow-up – ensuring that open cases progress and that customers always know what is happening.
  • Case documentation – ongoing and accurate registration of cases and solutions to ensure knowledge is retained.
  • Contributing to the maintenance of knowledge articles and internal knowledge sharing, so the same questions do not need to be answered twice.
  • Escalation and product dialogue – communicating issues and improvement suggestions to Product and Development in a structured way.
  • Contributing to the maintenance of content that powers our AI-driven support tools.

You are the ideal candidate if you
Have several years of experience within property administration – as a user of EG ProBo, EG Bolig, or similar systems, from a property administrator, housing association, or similar organisation.

  • Remain calm and focused under pressure, even when the inbox is full.
  • Have strong written communication skills in Danish – clear, precise, and service-minded in tone.
  • Have experience with case management, follow-up, and structured case handling.
  • Have the ability to maintain an overview and prioritise when managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Are an experienced user of digital tools and systems – and are comfortable learning new ones.

It is an advantage if you:

  • Have direct experience with EG ProBo, EG ProBo Extra, or EG Bolig.
  • Have previously worked in a technical support role.
  • Have knowledge of tenancy legislation or housing administration.
