About the role: You’ll act as a link between interns, production, and management. The work is hands-on, structured, and close to operations - ideal if you want practical experience with lean methods, data-driven decision-making, and life in a regulated manufacturing environment.
What you’ll do
- Plan and coordinate the first two weeks’ schedule for new interns
- Train and support new interns in daily routines, site walkthroughs, and practical “how-to’s”
- Update and maintain FGM KPIs and dashboards; support management with analyses
- Perform production analyses (e.g., Right First Time, cost price, and related metrics)
- Optimize production processes within both compliance and shopfloor execution
- Prepare, execute, and follow up on workshops with production and management
- Provide ad hoc support to production and the management team
- Adapt to changing priorities and tasks based on leadership needs in FGM
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., industrial/production/mechanical engineering, operations management, business engineering, or similar) at a Danish educational institution, preferably with at least 2 years remaining
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable working to clear processes and deadlines
- Strong communicator who enjoys training others and collaborating across teams
- Solid with data and tools such as Excel; experience with Power BI/SharePoint is an advantage
- Familiarity with lean principles and KPI tracking is an advantage
- Knowledge of GMP/compliance is a plus, not a requirement
- Proficient in English and/or Danish, written and spoken
