Are you curious about circularity and overall sustainability, and looking for a chance to test and demonstrate your knowledge? Then join us and help accelerate circularity across a global company and work with projects with real impacts!

This is your chance to apply your skills and gain experience from real-world projects, contributing to Grundfos’ overall purpose of pioneering solutions to the world’s water and climate challenges and improving quality of life for people. As Student Assistant in Grundfos Group Sustainability, you will join an international team of sustainability experts, working with strategic sustainability priorities and programmes across Grundfos with a dedicated focus on circularity.

What is the job about?

In this student assistant role, you will support our circularity agenda by helping turn strategy into concrete initiatives and insights, and support with stakeholder communication. A key part of the job is assessing the impact of current circularity initiatives against legal requirements and our ambition to go beyond compliance. This will support our prioritizing of improvements needed and identify where we can do more for stronger impact.

More specifically, you will:

  • Support mapping of circularity initiatives, stakeholders and relevant data sources across the organisation
  • Assist in assessing current circularity initiatives against applicable legal requirements and internal ambitions
  • Support development of presentations, one-pagers and internal updates that communicate progress and opportunities in circularity
  • Help translate complex circularity topics into clear, visual and engaging materials for stakeholders
  • Conduct desk research and collect insights on circular economy topics (e.g., reuse, repair, remanufacturing, recycled content, take-back schemes) to support prioritisation and planning

You will be working for 15-20 hours per week with the base in Grundfos’ headquarters in Bjerringbro with flexible and hybrid work arrangements. We are of course ready to schedule your working hours around exams and schoolwork.

What do you need to apply?
  • You are studying at bachelor or master level within sustainability, environmental management, engineering, business, or a related field—with interest in circular economy and resource efficiency.
  • You are structured and analytical, and you enjoy turning complex requirements and data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
  • You have good communication skills and an interest in visualising insights and preparing presentations where the message comes across clearly.
  • You show initiative and can work proactively and independently on new assignments, while collaborating well with stakeholders across functions.
  • You have an international outlook and speak and write English fluently – Danish is a plus.
