To expand our team within the private/commercial sector, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. We are 15working alongside our customers on some of Denmark’s most complex projects. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Project Management – you will lead complex, multidisciplinary projects
• Ensuring project productivity, budget and profitability
• Set clear direction, create clarity, and facilitate effective collaboration
• Assuming the role of mentor for new project managers
• Ensure good collaboration between the organisation, clients, and other stakeholders
• Provide leadership to all team members - including setting expectations, offering constructive feedback, and supporting development of team members

On top of that, you will have:

• Experience from leading large-scale projects, both housing and commercial
• Thorough knowledge of Danish and English – written and spoken
• An Architectural background and a deep understanding of the architectural process – from initial sketches to execution
• At least 15 years of experience within architecture and project execution
