Cyber Security Product Manager

In this role, you act as a Cybersecurity Product Manager, connecting business needs with the software development organization while ensuring a clear product direction and value delivery. You work closely with other Product Managers, Product Owners, and Cybersecurity specialists, providing guidance and aligning priorities across teams. You own the product backlog and ensure that vulnerabilities, improvements, and new development demands are properly evaluated and addressed by agile teams, balancing strategic direction with hands-on collaboration.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Act as Product Manager for Cybersecurity, ensuring clear backlog ownership and value delivery across agile teams
• Guide and support Product Owners in prioritization and backlog management aligned with business and security needs
• Drive prioritization of vulnerabilities and improvements based on risk, impact, and deadlines
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Cybersecurity specialists to align roadmaps and strategies
• Serve as the main entry point for business demand, ensuring structured evaluation and delivery

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Software Engineering or similar
• 5+ years of experience in OT software and Cybersecurity (IEC-62443, NERC-CIP, UK NIS, Kritis)
• Experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar with backlog ownership and prioritization responsibility
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to guide cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills and solid understanding of SGRE software and cybersecurity landscape

Power Plant Solutions is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and releasing digital solutions for controlling and monitoring wind farms. The Portfolio Management team captures business requirements, defines enterprise architecture, governs the portfolio, and sets roadmaps. As a Cybersecurity Product Manager, you play a key role in translating security needs into prioritized backlog items and ensuring agile teams deliver secure, compliant, and high-quality solutions.
