Orifarm

Would you like to kick-start or take the next step in your career within an international pharma trading environment? We have a unique opportunity for you to work with Unlicensed Medicines (UL)

About the job

This position is a parental cover, expected to run from 1 September 2026 until approximately 30 June 2027. We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

As a Portfolio Specialist UL, you will work at the intersection of commercial decision-making, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. You will take responsibility for a product portfolio and contribute to ensuring strong performance across markets.

The role offers a steep learning curve and hands-on responsibility, providing insight into how international pharma trading operates in practice.

Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Driving the UL product portfolio across markets, ensuring overall performance and alignment with business objectives
  • Enabling commercial decision-making by identifying sourcing opportunities and contributing with pricing and availability insights
  • Maintaining and developing the product landscape to support continued relevance and competitiveness across markets
  • Ensuring accurate product setup and data foundation to enable efficient and compliant operations
  • Driving cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Procurement, Compliance, and Portfolio teams
  • Contributing with market and competitor insights to support growth and commercial opportunities

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is motivated by turning data and insights into concrete commercial decisions. You have a degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a similar field, and ideally bring some experience from a commercial environment, e.g. within Pharma, Trading, Supply Chain, or Procurement.

With a strong analytical mindset, you enjoy working with data and have a genuine interest in understanding value chains, pricing, and portfolio dynamics. You are comfortable collaborating across different functions and cultures, and you are proficient in Excel and the Microsoft Office package. Fluency in English is essential, while Danish and/or German language skills are considered an advantage.

On a personal level, you are detail-oriented and structured, with a strong sense of ownership. You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn, taking initiative in your work. As a team player, you collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders. You are comfortable both challenging others and being challenged in a constructive manner. You thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and bring energy and drive.

Who are we?

You will join the UL Portfolio Team, a group of dedicated and engaged colleagues working in a dynamic and international environment. We are characterized by strong collaboration, ownership, and a shared ambition to drive performance across markets.

We foster an open and informal culture where constructive feedback, knowledge sharing, and close cooperation are key. Each team member takes responsibility for their own area while contributing actively to the team’s overall success.

In this role, you can expect a positive, dynamic, and international work environment with close collaboration across functions and markets. We have a strong focus on learning, feedback, and continuous development. We take pride in combining professional ambition with a strong team spirit, where we support each other, celebrate successes, and continuously improve together.
