WE ARE LOOKING FOR PICCOLINE/PICCOLO (VOLUNTEER POSITION)

Then come and become part of the team at The Salvation Army Legal Aid and Debt Counseling.
We are currently looking for a piccoline/piccolo to join as soon as possible.
You will have an exciting and varied working day. Your regular tasks include:
Meeting time on Mondays or Wednesdays at 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
From 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM:
o Prepare coffee, tea and water jugs
o Provide fruit, biscuits and snacks to the advisors
o Display the shared folder, name tags and telephone
o Order food after mutual decision with the advisors
From 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
o Receive citizens for advice
o Ensure that citizens fill out the master data form, possibly a power of attorney form
o Participate in the counseling itself as an observer
o Answer the phone.
o Ensure that advisors adhere to the timeframe for each advisory session
o Scan/upload documents
o Empty, put away dishes, keep the kitchen tidy
o Set out the food 6:45 p.m.
From 6:30 PM-7:30 PM
o Clean up meeting rooms, close down as the rooms become vacant, load the dishwasher and put folders, etc. in place on the office shelf.
o Close the rest of the house together with the assistant manager or team leader
