About The Role
As NP Crew Training Manager / Pilot, you will be responsible for all crew training activities within our AOC, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational performance.

- Contracted and customer-assigned operational personnel
You will operate from our base in Esbjerg, supporting offshore wind operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, organise, and oversee all crew training activities
- Ensure compliance with EASA, OM-D, and DKCAA requirements
- Conduct training, checks, and standardisation
- Maintain and develop OM-D and training standards
- Manage external training providers (ATOs)
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting to authorities
- Participate in SMS and continuous improvement initiatives
- Fly as part of the operational roster
Minimum Qualifications
- EASA ATPL(H) or CPL(H) with IR(H)
- EASA Class 1 medical
- Language proficiency level 6 in English and level 6 in Danish or another Scandinavian language
- EASA TRI/TRE or FI/FE ME
- Current Type Rating Instructor on aircraft operated under the AOC
- Strong knowledge of crew training within an AOC environment
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to balance leadership responsibilities with operational flying
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- At least 2 years within aviation in a training or operational role
- Eligible for DKCAA approval as NPCT
- Offshore HHO
- IFR flying
- Time on Airbus H135 or H145
- MCC / Multipilot rating
- Residence in Denmark or the nearby region
- Minimum 3.000 hours total helicopter time, including:
- 2.000 hours PIC, of which at least 1.000 hours PIC on Multi-Engine
- 500 hours offshore flying experience
- 300 hrs.TRI/TRE or FI experience
