Product Manager
EG Danmark A/S
Own the strategy, shape the roadmap, and drive real customer value in one of EG’s most strategically complex and commercially significant product areas.
As part of the department
The Building Supply product area is EG’s most complex - multiple ERP platforms, a strong installed customer base, significant revenue concentration among key chains, and an evolving modernisation journey through the EG Fabri brand.
This is not a feature backlog role. It’s about creating clarity in a complex landscape: defining where Building Supply should grow, how to protect and expand the existing customer base, and ensuring that product investment drives the right strategic outcomes.
You’ll own the Building Supply roadmap end-to-end and work across Development, Sales, Services, Solution Architecture, and Product Marketing to make it happen.
Your tasks: Define, Prioritise, and Drive Growth
- Define and own the product strategy for the Building Supply area - including the future role of each ERP platform and EG Fabri.
- Drive roadmap governance and prioritisation: balancing customer commitments, platform modernisation, commercial return, and technical debt.
- Grow the installed base through retention, expansion, and increased adoption of Fabri, AI capabilities, and add-on modules.
- Lead the Fabri product proposition - ensuring it’s positioned and developed in line with technical and commercial reality.
- Identify genuine AI and automation opportunities across customer workflows, and ensure these are linked to measurable business value.
- Align stakeholders across functions around product priorities, trade-offs, and customer commitments.
You are the ideal candidate if you
Must-have
- Have proven B2B software product management experience - ideally in ERP, vertical, or enterprise software.
- Have strong commercial understanding: revenue growth, retention, pricing, packaging, and investment trade-offs.
- Have the ability to operate in a complex, multi-platform environment with legacy products and modernisation needs.
- Have experience engaging with large enterprise customers and strategic accounts.
- Have strong stakeholder management skills across commercial and technical functions.
- Are comfortable making decisions in ambiguity - and able to create clarity where strategy isn’t yet defined.
Nice to have
- Have a background in building supply, retail, wholesale, supply chain, or ERP domains.
- Have experience commercialising or operationalising AI-enabled product capabilities.
- Have experience with customer-funded development models or product modernisation/cloud migration.
- Have people management experience, including Product Owners or Solution Architects.
- Have experience working with high-concentration customer bases or strategic account planning.
What’s in it for you?
At EG, you’ll work on software that genuinely matters - products that run real businesses, in real industries, across the Nordics. You’ll have the autonomy to shape direction, the trust to make hard calls, and the backing of a team that takes product seriously.
- A strategic, senior role with real ownership - not a queue manager.
- A close-knit, cross-functional team where product has a seat at the table.
- Flexible working and a culture built on trust.
- Opportunities to grow across a broad portfolio of industry-specific software.
Our Values
- Lead the Industry - We set the standard and push boundaries in every market we operate in.
- Make it Happen - We take ownership and deliver on our commitments, no matter how complex.
- Stronger Together - We collaborate across teams, borders, and disciplines to create real impact.
We look forward to hearing from you!
