Lead .NET Developer – Public Sector Solutions
Do you want to take technical ownership of business-critical digital solutions?
We are looking for experienced Lead .NET Developers to join Twoday as permanent employees, working on a long-term engagement with one of Denmark’s leading professional organisations.
You will become part of a highly skilled development environment, helping to shape the technical direction of modern digital platforms used by thousands of users every day.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will combine software development with technical ownership, mentoring and architectural decision-making.
Your responsibilities as a Lead .NET Developer will include:

Taking technical ownership of solutions and contributing to architectural decisions

Designing, developing and maintaining backend solutions in C#/.NET

Driving technical quality through code reviews and best practices

Working with APIs, integrations and complex business processes
-
Collaborating with architects, product owners and stakeholders
-
Supporting and mentoring other developers
-
Contributing to technical roadmaps and modernisation initiatives

Ensuring maintainable, scalable and secure solutions
Your qualifications
We expect that you:
-
Have extensive experience with C# and .NET
-
Have experience working as a Lead Developer, Technical Lead or Senior Developer with technical ownership

Have a strong background in backend development and solution design
-
Have worked with APIs, integrations and enterprise applications
-
Understand architecture, performance, security and maintainability
-
Thrive in agile development environments
-
Are fluent in Danish and English
It is an advantage if you also have experience with:

Azure and cloud-native solutions

CI/CD and DevOps practices

Modernisation of legacy systems

Regulated or membership-based organisations
