Your Impact
As Training Manager, you have the pivotal mission to embody and champion the exquisite heritage and brand values of DIOR while driving the development of human capital (Beauty Consultants, Promoters, Generic Staff) and retail excellence across PCD's doors within a dynamic travel retail environment.
Fostering a culture of continuous learning and outstanding client experience, you inspire and equip retail teams with the skills, knowledge and mindset needed to deliver on both collective and individual performance objectives. A true learning strategist, you design and deploy multi-faceted training programs and action plans that empower teams to over-achieve their POS objectives while nurturing strong performers and future people developers.
You play an essential role as the key link between the field (70% of your time) and HQ stakeholders, translating business priorities into impactful learning solutions across the following three key areas: Beauty Consultants coaching, In-class and digital trainings and Seminars.
Position
BEAUTY CONSULTANTS COACHING
- Design and deploy a structured and progressive training curriculum covering product knowledge, brand heritage, makeup artistry, skincare expertise and advanced selling techniques, together with the Retail Manager in your region
- Track and measure knowledge acquisition through regular quizzes, certifications and practical assessments,
- Conduct individual appraisals at regular intervals, delivering clear, constructive and motivating feedback to each Beauty Consultant
- Build and monitor personalized Individual Development Plans for each Beauty Consultant, setting SMART objectives and milestones to track progress over time
- Oversee BC uniform and grooming allocation to ensure every BC is impeccably equipped at all times
- Conduct tailor-made and context specific trainings based on the knowledge and analysis of each point of sale (airport typology, passenger profile, product assortment)
- Lead the operational preparation of the training sessions by defining the timing, the place, the attendees and all logistics aspects aligned with the Retail Manager and key commercial milestones (product launches, peak travel periods, trade animation)
- Measure the efficiency and business impact of every training through a clear set of KPIs and using sell out data
- Develop and upskill promoters and generic staff populations in key strategic airports by designing targeted and time-efficient training programs
- At Travel Retail Europe level: support the organization, coordination and animation of the Annual Convention with all Dior Beauty Consultants in collaboration with the Travel Retail Training Department
- At your perimeter level: organize with the Retail Manager and animate the Local Seminars (Sales Cycle) 3 times a year in physical or/and digital
- Maintain a rigorous budget tracking process to ensure cost efficiency and return on investment aligned with business priorities

Ideally, you would have 3 years of experience in Retail Training, Coaching and Retail Management

- Knowledge of perfumes and cosmetics preferable, Curiosity about travel retail business
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the travel retail location is a significant advantage
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by the demands of a dynamic travel retail environment
- It is expected to be on the field and traveling at a minimum of 3 days per week. Extensive travel expectations about 70% of the time
