Core Responsibilities



  • Documentation handling – collect machine documentation from equipment supplier and uploading to LEGO documentation location (Teamcenter).
  • Packing of equipment to sites.
  • Support to shipping tasks (decoration machines / flex equipment).
  • Prepare documents for factory acceptance test (FAT) and follow up in regard to upload documents to folder structures after ended FAT/SAT.
  • Prepare for test in regards of requesting SAP numbers.
  • Standardization tasks (documentation, manuals, structures, system etc.).
  • Ad-hoc related equipment task.

  • You will support a well documented equipment platforms, ad-hoc platform related standardization and documentation tasks to secure that the Engineering and production has the right foundation for our equipment.
  • Activities related to optimization of processes, systems and standards that are supporting a healthy work environment for our employees in the R&D Processing Platform Governance.



You will play an important role in supporting our Processing Equipment Platform Owners with equipment related activities to ensure that we will have equipment capacity to reach millions of kids on time every year. You will have the opportunity to get a broad variety of task where you can demonstrate your ability to take ownership, drive, develop and deliver results supporting the Platform Governance Team.

Do you have what it takes?



  • Currently enrolled in a BA/BSc degree or equivalent mid- to long-term higher education within Business Management, Production, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability work in a dynamic and fast peace environment with a lot of prioritize. Role modelling/Team player – we win together.
  • Structured and proactive.
  • Strong drive and ownership of own tasks.
  • Good planning skills.
  • Ability to learn and navigate several different computer programs (Office, Team Center, SAP, Sharepoint etc.).
  • Experiences in Power BI tools.
  • Good English skills.
  • Adaptable to change / flexible.
  • Ability to talk, communicate and listen to people in eye level.
  • Ability to understand complex challenges fast and quickly learn new skills.
