Senior Delivery Manager - Software Services

We're looking for a Senior Delivery Manager – Software Services to join our team in Copenhagen with travel to Nordborg, Denmark, in a hybrid working mode between Copenhagen and Nordborg. In this role, you will lead complex transformation programs for key clients in the manufacturing and industrial sector. You will drive multiple workstreams, coordinate global and local delivery teams and ensure on-time, on-budget program execution. This role offers an opportunity to influence business outcomes, build long-term strategic partnerships and collaborate with leading experts in design, development and emerging technologies while shaping critical client initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex programs for manufacturing and industrial clients
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary delivery representative at governance level
• Coordinate multiple workstreams to ensure successful delivery of business and technology outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop estimates, delivery plans and retrospectives
• Identify and mitigate engagement risks, escalating critical issues when required
• Participate in business development activities, fostering growth in existing and new accounts
• Contribute to pre-sales efforts, including preparing proposals and defining implementation strategies
• Ensure delivery alignment with client objectives, budgets and timelines

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, written and spoken
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector with understanding of industry business models
• Proven track record delivering complex projects and managing stakeholders at senior levels
• Experience in Nordic markets with IT services engagement success
• Knowledge of cloud and data platforms such as Databricks, Data Mesh, AI/ML, AI strategy and Snowflake
• Familiarity with industrial applications like IoT, digital twins, predictive maintenance, and energy optimization
• Deep understanding of SDLC and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Organizational and leadership capabilities to manage distributed teams and drive results
• Expertise in modern software engineering practices and ability to make informed technical decisions
• Experience delivering data-focused projects and understanding of data management principles

Nice to have

• Exposure to backend and infrastructure services, including edge computing and industrial IoT
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 ecosystems such as SCADA, MES and ERP integrations (e.g., SAP)
