BMS/CTS Service Engineer

Responsibilities
Service, maintenance, and optimisation of BMS / IBI systems across live sites Fault-finding, diagnostics, and rapid resolution of system issues Commissioning support and system adjustments on existing installations Modifications, upgrades, and continuous improvement of installed BMS systems Configuration and adjustment of central systems and substation controllers Balancing, testing, and performance optimisation of live building systems Producing and maintaining service reports, technical documentation, and ensuring quality standards are met Supporting customers on-site with technical expertise and system performance improvements
Desired Experience
Strong experience in BMS / CTS service engineering or commissioning Background in HVAC controls and building automation systems Hands-on experience with fault-finding and system diagnostics Experience with system programming, configuration, or integration (advantageous) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently on customer sites Experience with platforms such as Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, Tridium (highly desirable)
