Programming and development of BMS / IBI solutions Commissioning and system start-up on live projects Troubleshooting, fault-finding, and continuous system optimisation Modifications, upgrades, and enhancements to existing BMS installations Configuration and setup of central systems and substation controllers Balancing, testing, and full on-site system commissioning with clients Producing and maintaining technical documentation and ensuring quality assurance standards are met
Desired Experience
Strong experience in BMS / CTS engineering or commissioning Background working with HVAC controls and building automation systems Experience with system programming, configuration, or integration Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Comfortable working on-site with clients and complex systems Knowledge of major BMS platforms (e.g. Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, Tridium) is highly desirable
