Jobbet som Manufacturing Assistant består i at sikre en effektiv drift med leverance af LEGO Mould parts dele i den rigtige kvalitet. Dette bidrager til høj udnyttelse af produktionsapparatet og skaber løbende forbedringer af kapabiliteten i produktionen.

Jobbet forudsætter udnyttelse af egne erfaringer og kompetencer på tværs af organisatoriske tilhørsforhold i tæt samarbejde med tekniker i området.

Dine opgaver bliver:

• At sikre høj effektivitet på maskiner (CNC, EDM, ZEISS m.m.).
• Varetage maskinovervågning og håndtering af mindre tekniske stop.
• Deltage aktivt i forebyggende aktivitet som rengøring, kvalitetskontrol, vedligehold og smøring af maskiner.
• Betjening af forprogrammerede fræsemaskiner, gnistmaskiner, slibemaskiner m.m. (CNC, EDM, Zeiss m.m.).
• Ordreklargøring og montering af emner til levering i produktionen.
• Kvalitetssikring af div. emner.
• Vask af div. emner.
• Vareopfyldning, sikre orden og vedligeholdelse af udstyr.
• Løbende og forefaldende opgaver i relation til afdelingen.

Det gode match

• Du har kendskab til LEAN
• Du har evnen til at efterleve procedurer og rutiner kontinuerligt.
• Du er analytisk, selvstændig og team orienteret.
• Du har flair for teknik og eventuelt kendskab til CNC, EDM, ZEISS m.m.
• Du har gennemført træning i betjening af CNC, Gnist/EDM, ZEISS m.m.
• Klar på at gennemføre et internt træningsforløb.
