BMS/CTS Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
Full project management from kick-off through to handover Planning, scheduling, and financial control of BMS / CTS projects Resource planning and coordination of internal teams and subcontractors Procurement and purchasing activities Attendance and leadership in site, progress, and coordination meetings Management of stakeholders across construction and client teams Quality assurance and delivery oversight Identification and delivery of additional works and service opportunities
Desired Experience
Proven experience in project management within BMS / CTS or building automation Technical background (electrician, automation technician, engineer, installation background, or similar) Strong understanding of project delivery, milestones, and structured execution Confident managing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to anticipate project challenges Strong communication and coordination skills
