Your responsibilities

• Supporting the planning and coordination of company-wide meetings and management forums
• Assisting with internal communication related to leadership and business activities
• Supporting article production and content development, including Sentia Authors content
• Assisting with thought leadership support for the Executive Leadership Team, including coordination and light social media monitoring
• Helping produce and update SEO pages and other digital content, as well as ad hoc marketing and social media tasks
• Assisting with customer operational communication and support the development and optimization of service descriptions and delivery-related materials in Product Management
• Providing general coordination and administrative support across the involved teams

Student Assistant, Communications Support

As a Student Assistant in Communications Support, you will work across several business areas at Sentia and support communication activities related to the executive leadership team, marketing, operations, and product management.

In this role, you will help create structure, strengthen internal and external communication, and support the coordination of important activities across the business. You will contribute to everything from planning internal meetings and leadership forums to assisting with article production, SEO content, operational communication, and text-based deliverables.

You will also join our student team, where there are common social activities and a chance to network with Sentias other Student Assistants.

What do we expect from our Student Assistant

Who you are

• You are currently studying in a relevant field such as communication, marketing, business, language, IT, or similar
• You have strong written communication skills and enjoy working with content and wording
• You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling recurring and coordination-heavy tasks
• You enjoy supporting others and helping things run smoothly across teams
• You communicate clearly and are not afraid to ask questions when needed
• You are comfortable working across different topics and stakeholders in a professional environment
• Experience with content production, social media, or internal communication is a plus — but not required
• Most importantly: you are curious, proactive, and motivated to learn.
