At ITW Densit, we are looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of offshore and industrial projects and ensure they are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Then you could be our new Project Manager at ITW Densit in Aalborg!

The Role of Project Manager

As Project Manager at ITW Densit, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing industrial-scale projects – primarily in offshore and grouting-related applications. You will lead the full project lifecycle, combining project execution, technical understanding, and operational coordination to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.

Reporting to the Head of Projects and Offshore Operations, you’ll play a key role in aligning operations, engineering and commercial efforts to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all project phases – from tender input and planning to execution, delivery, and final reporting.
• Plan and execute projects valued between $100K and $ 13M +
• Lead teams of 2-8 supervisors/technicians across Europe
• Coordinate closely with clients, sales, logistics and offshore teams
• Ensure project delivery in line with quality, safety (HSE), timelines and budgets
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and contribute with technical input where relevant.
• Produce monthly financial and progress reports for management
• Ensure equipment, materials and personnel are prepared and mobilized on time.
• Support effective on-site execution in collaboration with offshore supervisors
• Travel occasionally (approx. 2-3 days/month – max. 20 days/year), primarily in Europe and Asia.

What We Are Looking For:

We’re seeking a structured, solution-oriented leader with strong project management mindset and excellent communication skills.

Ideally, you have:

• Have +5 years of project management experience (in offshore, marine or similar).
• Experience coordinating teams and managing all phases of a technical project.
• Knowledge of grouting is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in Danish and English.
• Are comfortable working with contracts, stakeholders, and project execution.
• Able to maintain an overview and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Take pride in delivering high-quality work and getting the job done right
• Love working in a project-based organization.
