Solution Manager

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Solution Manager, you act as the key link between customers and delivery teams, ensuring that solutions are clearly understood, aligned, and deliver value end-to-end. You work closely with Product Managers and Solution Architects to translate business needs into impactful solutions. Throughout the day, you balance strategic alignment with hands-on collaboration - aligning roadmaps, shaping priorities, providing guidance and ensuring seamless integration across multiple products. Your role is central in ensuring that the overall solution continuously delivers meaningful value to the customer.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Drive end-to-end value delivery by ensuring solutions meet customer needs and defined business outcomes
• Represent the customer perspective in Product Manager/Owner and Delivery communities to guide prioritization
• Define and communicate solution requirements, roadmap, and timelines across teams
• Ensure continuous and aligned delivery across multiple products within the solution landscape
• Partner with Solution Architects to ensure scalable, compliant, and strategy-aligned technical solutions

What You Bring

• Senior experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, Solution Manager, or similar role within digital or complex product environments
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as SAFe, SCRUM and Kanban
• Ability to translate customer needs into structured requirements, backlogs, and roadmaps
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to support decision-making

In the central Digital Product and Solution (DPS) organization, we develop innovative solutions for both internal and external customers. Our portfolio spans asset performance, energy management, SCADA, AI-driven applications, applied advanced analytics, OT applications, Cyber Security, connectivity, and digital platforms. Working in a global setup, we follow SAFe principles to deliver scalable and impactful solutions that support Siemens Energy’s mission.
