Working at Faerch means joining a purpose-driven company focused on sustainability and innovation. We invest in your growth and offer a supportive, international environment where people thrive
What we’re looking for
We are looking for a present and clear leader who is motivated by creating results through structure, follow-up and visible leadership. You set direction, create confidence and ensure that agreements are followed through - also when it is challenging.
You have experience from a production company and are able to combine stable operations with continuous improvement and change. Together with your Team Leaders, you translate strategy into action and actively use data to make decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example in safety and strengthen the safety culture in everyday operations
- Lead, coach and develop five Team Leaders
- Ensure stable operations and delivery performance across all shifts
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure progress on key KPIs within safety, quality, delivery, cost and people
- Lead and embed new processes, ways of working and technologies
- Collaborate across the organisation to ensure high performance and compliance with global standards
- Leadership experience from a production company, preferably with responsibility for multiple shifts and Team Leaders
- Experience with safety leadership, continuous improvement and change management
- Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement or similar methodologies
- Technical insight into extrusion, thermoforming or a related process industry is an advantage
- Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
During your first 6–12 months, you will have built strong relationships with the Team Leaders, gained a solid understanding of the departments and processes, and established yourself as a visible and credible leader close to the operation.
In the longer term, you will have contributed to a stronger safety culture, improved performance in both departments and developed the Team Leaders so they are even stronger in their leadership roles.
Meet the Team
You will lead five experienced Team Leaders who have in-depth knowledge of the production and together are responsible for approximately 135 employees working shifts across the Extrusion and Thermoforming departments. They are engaged, solution-oriented and looking for a leader who provides direction, clarity and development.
As Production Manager, you will also be part of the site leadership team, where you will work closely with colleagues across, Supply Chain, Quality, Technical and People & Culture. You will contribute insights from production and ensure that operations are reflected in our shared priorities.
You will join an organisation with short decision-making lines, an open and informal culture, and strong opportunities to influence both daily operations and the future development of the site.
Meet your new manager, Jacob
I believe in clear leadership, close collaboration and a culture where safety and people come first.
As your manager, I will give you trust, responsibility and room to develop both yourself and your Team Leaders. I am available for sparring and support, and I expect us to address the challenges and opportunities that arise together, so we create results and development for both people and the business.
Would you like to join us?
Are you passionate about leading through people, putting safety first and helping move an entire department in the right direction? Then we look forward to hearing from you.
