Your Impact
- Ensure 98% material availability at shop order start dates across all production lines.
- Achieve OTD above 92% by balancing JIT, safety stock, and batch size decisions.
- Lead and motivate warehouse and logistics teams across goods receiving, storage, transport, packaging, and shipment.
- Reduce stock carrying costs while improving delivery reliability and operational flow.
- Maintain and develop a strong supplier portfolio, ensuring contractual compliance and continuous sourcing cost savings.
- Use the PDCA methodology to improve efficiency, quality, and employee satisfaction across the supply chain.
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management in an international manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in planning, procurement, and warehouse processes using structured methods.
- Proven leadership skills, combining operational discipline with team motivation and cross-functional collaboration.
- A data-driven approach focused on delivery performance, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
- High-impact leadership role with direct reporting to the COO

You will lead supply chain operations end‑to‑end and report directly to the COO. You will work closely with production and flow management in a manufacturing-driven environment.
