Product Manager (Maternity Cover – 1 year)

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Management team in Odense. This is a 1-year maternity cover with the potential for extension or a permanent position.

Drive commercial performance through strong product management

As our Product Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our product portfolio performs strongly across global markets. You will work at the intersection between market needs, sales performance, and product development - translating insights into clear commercial priorities.

You will be responsible for selected product lines within play with a strong focus on performance tracking, portfolio optimization, and sales enablement.

You will manage and prioritize the product pipeline through our stage gate process - ensuring that product investments are aligned with commercial opportunities and strategic business goals.

Further, your key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Drive and manage product pipelines with a strong focus on commercial impact and ROI

• Monitor and analyze product performance and sales data to identify growth opportunities

• Own portfolio decisions including optimization, revitalization, and pruning of underperforming products

• Present business cases, performance insights, and recommendations to senior leadership

• Gather market insights through close collaboration with sales teams and local market organizations

• Translate customer and sales insights into clear product requirements and priorities

• Support product launches by ensuring strong sales tools and clear value propositions

• Ensure high-quality product data and documentation to support sales execution

• Create clear and precise product innovation briefs for new innovations rooted in customer, market and commercial insights.

You will work cross-functionally and globally, acting as the link between market needs and product decisions.

Make a difference with your product management skills

You hold a degree in Business, Innovation, Engineering, or similar, and have +3 years of experience in product management - ideally in an international company.

You bring:

• Strong commercial understanding and experience driving product performance

• Solid experience working with product portfolios, pipelines, and business cases

• A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into concrete actions

• Experience collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams

• Confidence in presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

In addition, you:

• Communicate fluently in English (written and spoken)

• Have strong analytical and presentation skills

• Are highly skilled in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
