As an Advanced Product Development Professional, you will play an important role in system-level product development, contributing to solutions with a strong focus on risk management, design control and technical integrity across the product lifecycle
Your new role In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across disciplines on system engineering and risk management activities, helping ensure that medical device products meet regulatory, quality and user requirements from early development through post-market phases
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving risk management activities in line with ISO 14971 across development and lifecycle phases
- Developing and maintaining system requirements, design documentation, and traceability
- Supporting verification and validation activities to ensure robust system performance
- Contributing to design control deliverables and technical assessments
- Supporting post‑market activities such as change control, investigations and continuous improvements
Your new department You will join a highly specialised product development organisation working with medical devices in a regulated environment. The department collaborates closely with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Medical, Product Supply and external partners to deliver safe and effective solutions for patients globally. You can expect a collaborative setting with knowledgeable colleagues, strong cross-functional partnerships and opportunities to grow while working with international stakeholders. The role is based in Denmark
Your skills and qualifications We are looking for someone who brings a structured and quality-driven mindset and enjoys working at the intersection of engineering, risk and compliance. Just as importantly, you are motivated by collaboration and by contributing to solutions that make a meaningful difference for patients
We imagine that you may bring:
- A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related technical or life-science discipline
- Experience within product development or systems engineering, ideally in a regulated environment
- Knowledge of risk management, design control and verification & validation
- The ability to work across disciplines and help translate requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills and a structured way of working, with the confidence to contribute both independently and as part of a team

What we offer Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570,200.00 DKK to 838,100.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience
