As part of the department

Your Task: Own, Drive, and Deliver
Reporting directly to Tina Bodin, Head of HR, and on the HR Leadership team, you will take full ownership of the function that keeps EG's HR running - across HR Operations, total rewards, and the annual HR cycle. At the same time, you will lead the HRIS, data, and AI transformation agenda that will redefine how HR operates as EG continues to scale.

You will lead a globally distributed team spanning Denmark and India, and you will own the HR operational workstream every time EG acquires and onboards a new business. This is not a slow-moving environment. It is a complex HR function in Nordic tech - and an opportunity to develop in a dynamic environment.

  • Own and execute core HR processes end-to-end: HR operations, total rewards including pay transparency, across all markets.
  • Lead the HRIS, data, and AI transformation agenda - moving HR from reactive reporting to proactive, predictive decision-making.
  • Drive M&A integration: own the HR operational workstream as EG acquires and onboards new businesses, ensuring employees experience a smooth transition from day one.
  • Engineer the HR function to embrace AI as a core operating model - agents handling onboarding, offboarding, contract issuance, and workflow execution autonomously.
  • Lead and develop a globally distributed HR Ops team across Denmark and India, working closely with India HR Ops Lead.
  • Drive process standardisation across HR areas, ensuring a high-performing ops function that scales with the business.
  • Use data and workforce analytics to generate meaningful insight - and translate that insight into better decisions.

You are the ideal candidate if
What we are looking for is someone who combines the right operational foundations with genuine intellectual curiosity and a passion for AI-driven transformation.

You-have

  • Proven experience leading, or playing a significant role in leading, an HR operations function in a cross-border, international environment.
  • Some experience working with Total Rewards & the pay transparency agenda.
  • Experience with, or meaningful exposure to, the HR operational side of M&A integration, including carve-out scenarios.
  • Data-literate and hands-on: you solve things yourself, reach for the data before the external consultant.
  • Genuinely excited by what AI can do - not as a trend, but as a practical tool for transformation.

Nice to have

  • Experience building AI-driven workflows or automation within an HR function.
  • Background in fast-scaling PE-backed or tech environments.
  • Experience managing distributed teams across geographies and time zones.
