As Senior Strategy Manager, you will work closely with Executive Leadership to help define and execute the strategic priorities that drive Milestone Systems forward. Your analyses, recommendations, and leadership of key initiatives will directly support decision-making across the business and contribute to our continued global growth.

Location

We are looking for a Senior Strategy Manager based in Brøndby, Denmark (Hybrid).

Role Summary

As Senior Strategy Manager, you will play a key role in the Corporate Strategy team, partnering with Executive Leadership and senior stakeholders across the organization. You will lead strategic projects, support business transformation initiatives, and help translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.

You will collaborate across functions, regions, and leadership teams to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and drive strategic impact.

What You Will Do

• Lead strategic projects from problem definition to implementation
• Conduct market, competitive, financial, and business analyses to support decision-making
• Develop recommendations and business cases for Executive Leadership
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and support execution of strategic priorities
• Facilitate workshops, leadership discussions, and strategic planning sessions
• Track progress and support implementation of key strategic initiatives
• Prepare presentations and materials for Executive Leadership and the Board of Directors
• Engage with stakeholders across functions, regions, and business units to drive alignment

What You Bring to the Team

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience from Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Business Development, or a similar environment
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluency in written and spoken English
