Senior Business Process Specialist

STARK Group

Senior Business Process Consultant

Enable STARK Group’s digital transformation through strong business process design

Would you like to play a key role in aligning and developing the business processes of the future at STARK Group? As our new Senior Business Process Consultant, you will help ensure that our business processes are aligned with and fully leverage new digital products and platforms - turning strategy into practical, scalable ways of working across the organisation.

We are not only looking to document existing processes, but to thoughtfully challenge and evolve them to support how we want to operate in the future.

Your Role as Senior Business Process Consultant

Working closely together with our business process and analysis team and across the projects of STARK Group’s digital transformation programme, you will guide and support the business across all STARK Group business units and countries in process assessment and design. You will also help bridge the alignment and optimization of business processes with the opportunities of new digital products.

You should expect a dynamic role where your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with local business process owners and business process specialists to align and develop business processes.
  • Driving business process assessments and presenting conclusions in an effective format for decision-making.
  • Planning, coordinating, and tracking the business process activities for local STARK Group business units.
  • Taking active part in developing and continuously improving standards, methods, tools, and governance frameworks for STARK Business Process Management.
  • Supporting the business in understanding the workflows of new digital products and how these impacts and enable existing business processes.
  • Inspiring, advising, and motivating colleagues across STARK, ensuring process work becomes an integrated part of the business, always with the customer at the centre.

At STARK Group, you will become part of a newly established cross-functional team of program readiness and implementation specialists anchored in STARK Group’s business transformation organization. The team’s core objective is to enable successful program implementation by assisting the local business units with optimal program preparation, planning, and mobilization across people, processes, data, and technology.

What We Offer

We offer a key role in one of the Nordic region’s largest digital transformation programmes, where you will directly influence how STARK Group works across markets. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in Business Transformation, Group IT, and local business units, contributing to the successful implementation of new digital solutions.

This is a role with high visibility and real impact, where your ability to create structure, alignment, and engagement will shape how business processes are embedded and matured across the organisation. You will have the opportunity to help define standards, strengthen capabilities, and make process management a core discipline at STARK Group.

The role is based within STARK Group IT, with the primary workplace being at our headquarters in either Viby J (Aarhus) or Frederiksberg (Copenhagen). Due to the collaborative nature of the role, 1-2 travel days per month will be expected.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a proactive and experienced process professional who thrives in complex, international environments. You will contribute to ensuring that we live up to our core values – decency, passion, and pride – in our daily work with customers, partners, suppliers, and colleagues. There is strong organisational support for this transformation, and you will help shape the framework, strengthen competencies, and embed process management as a core discipline.

To thrive in this role, it is important that you:

  • Are a self-starter with a solid structure and take ownership in both planning and execution
  • Bring a strong foundation in business process methodologies, from high-level design to detailed workflows
  • Focus on practical, implementable solutions rather than theory alone
  • Build stakeholder buy-in and translate insights into solutions that work in daily operations
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, and can engage stakeholders across the organisation

In addition, you have a positive and proactive mindset, and you are comfortable navigating complexity and driving progress independently. With strong commercial awareness, you understand that process work must ultimately support efficient, scalable delivery of high-quality customer outcomes.

Welcome to Group IT

When joining Group IT, you will be part of a digital transformation journey as we replace legacy monoliths and move towards a more modular and flexible integrated setup. Group IT is a dynamic and rapidly evolving part of STARK Group, responsible for delivering group-wide business-critical IT solutions. We strive to modernise and reimagine our IT landscape to ensure scalability and composability – and we value colleagues who want to help rethink how things are done in our industry.
