Marketing student assistant

Phase One is looking for a Marketing student assistant to join our global marketing team in Copenhagen. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international B2B technology company, working across both strategic and operational marketing while building practical skills in digital marketing, campaign execution, content creation, and customer analysis.

About the job 

As part of the Phase One Geospatial marketing team, you’ll support marketing initiatives that help bring our advanced aerial imaging solutions to market across industries such as mapping, infrastructure, utilities, environmental monitoring, defense, and space. 

This is a broad and hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both execution and analysis. One day you may be helping coordinate a product launch or industry event, and the next supporting campaign reporting, content development, or organizing marketing assets. 

You’ll be part of a small, ambitious team where curiosity and initiative are highly valued. 

Key responsibilities 

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and product launches  
• Assist with digital marketing activities, including email campaigns and social media  
• Help track, report on, and analyze campaign performance  
• Support customer, market, and campaign-related analysis  
• Maintain and organize marketing assets, presentations, and supporting materials  
• Support the creation of PowerPoint presentations and other marketing collateral  
• Assist with smaller creative tasks and content creation  
• Coordinate merchandise requests and practical logistics  
• Support planning and execution of trade shows, customer events, and industry activities 
• Assist the team with ad hoc marketing projects as needed 

We expect that you will work between 15 and 20 hours a week with flexibility around exam periods. 

Your qualifications 

• Final-year Bachelor’s student or starting a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 
• You are structured and reliable, and able to align expectations and deadlines with your manager and the team. 
• You are outgoing, open-minded, and bring energy to your work. You are comfortable engaging, asking questions, and contributing to the team 
• You have experience with or an interest in AI tools and are motivated to use them to improve workflows, analysis, and content creation. 
• You enjoy being creative and thrive in an informal work environment where your opinion matters. 
• You are curious, willing to learn, and ready to take on new tasks. 
• Graphic design skills are a plus 
• Fluency in written and spoken English
