Would you like to play a key role in professionalizing and maturing the ERP Finance and enterprise systems landscape within an international manufacturing company?
Hartmann is looking for a business-oriented and analytically strong IT Business Partner (ERP Finance / Enterprise Systems Lead) to take ownership of the finance-related ERP (Infor M3) and enterprise application landscape across our global organization. The role will play a key part in strengthening governance, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that our ERP Finance capabilities effectively support both today's operations and tomorrow's ambitions.
This is a highly visible role with significant impact across both Finance and IT. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions while helping drive a more mature, proactive, and governance-driven approach to enterprise systems and ERP Finance.
The Role
As IT Business Partner – ERP Finance & Enterprise Systems, you will become part of Hartmann's global IT organization and take ownership of the finance-related enterprise systems landscape with a strong focus on governance, business partnering, compliance, and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with Finance stakeholders, shared service functions, external vendors, and the broader IT organization to ensure that the ERP platform and related applications effectively support the business.
The role goes beyond traditional support and ticket handling. Hartmann is specifically looking for someone who can bring stronger functional depth, proactive thinking, and governance maturity into the ERP Finance area.
You will act as system owner and trusted advisor for key finance-related enterprise applications, helping translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable ERP solutions that support Hartmann's ongoing digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the Finance ERP and enterprise systems area from both a business and governance perspective
- Act as the primary IT Business Partner towards Finance and related stakeholders
- Translate finance and compliance requirements into ERP and application solutions
- Drive ERP governance, process maturity, and continuous improvements
- Collaborate with shared service functions and external vendors
- Ensure stable and compliant finance-related enterprise systems
- Support and optimize processes across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Finance compliance processes
- Contribute to finance transformation and enterprise systems maturity initiatives
- Ensure alignment between Finance, IT, and external partners
- Support integrations and cross-platform process flows across the enterprise landscape

We Imagine You Bring
- Hands-on experience working with Infor M3 in an international business environment – this is considered a key requirement for the role
- Strong understanding of ERP Finance processes and enterprise systems governance
- Solid understanding of finance processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and finance compliance and controls
- Experience operating effectively in the intersection between Finance and IT
- Understanding of enterprise integrations and connected application landscapes
- Experience collaborating with external vendors, shared service environments, and business stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities
- Experience supporting or driving ERP governance, process maturity, and continuous improvements
- A proactive, structured, and analytical approach to systems ownership and enterprise applications
Background
Relevant backgrounds could include professionals currently working as ERP/Application Managers, Finance IT Business Partners, Enterprise Systems Specialists, ERP Finance Leads, Finance Systems Managers, M3 Finance Consultants, M3 Application Owners, ERP Product Owners within Finance, or broader Business Applications and Finance Systems roles.
Most importantly, you bring solid hands-on experience with Infor M3 and the ability to operate effectively in the intersection between Finance, enterprise systems, governance, and IT.

You are proactive, analytical, and business-oriented with the ability to create structure and maturity in complex environments.
You are comfortable navigating between Finance, IT, external vendors, and operational stakeholders and are able to build trust across functions. At the same time, you bring sufficient functional depth and confidence to challenge existing ways of working and help drive a more professional and forward-looking ERP governance setup.
You are pragmatic and collaborative in your approach while maintaining a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Location and Travel
The position is based at Hartmann's headquarters in Lyngby, Denmark.
The company offers a flexible hybrid working environment, including one regular work-from-home day per week. Presence in the office is expected on Thursdays as a fixed onsite collaboration day.
The role includes approximately 20 annual travel days and collaboration with colleagues across Hartmann's international operations.
