You will work at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and developer tooling - designing the systems that make it safe, fast, and repeatable for product teams to deliver software. You treat the platform as a product, with developers as your customers, and you care deeply about the quality of what you build: clean Infrastructure as Code, well-designed pipelines, and a path to production that engineers actually enjoy using.

Your key responsibilities
- Define and evolve CI/CD pipelines and the deployment model, making continuous delivery safe and repeatable across our engineering teams
- Manage and improve the Azure infrastructure underpinning our environments, with Infrastructure as Code
- Establish golden paths: reusable templates, modules, and standards that make the right way the easy way for product teams
- Support security in the platform and pipelines - secrets management, dependency and image scanning, policy-as-code, and beyond
- Collaborate closely with the Quality Engineering Lead to align pipeline quality gates with delivery standards
- Contribute to Developer Experience (DevEx) tooling that reduces friction and gives engineers faster feedback loops
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience as a software engineer or similiar and ideally understanding of modern SaaS product development in an agile environment
- You are proficient in writing and reviewing automation, tooling, and pipeline code — this is hands-on work
- You have solid, hands-on experience with Azure and are comfortable owning cloud infrastructure in production
- You have have experience utilizing Infrastructure as Code
- You have designed and maintained CI/CD pipelines
- You have experience driving technical excellence around continuous delivery, and you know how to advocate for better practices in an engineering team
- You communicate clearly in written and spoken English
- You are based in or near Odense or Copenhagen
- Are familiar with DORA metrics and how to work with them
- Have experience with observability tooling
- Come from an SRE background and have operated SLOs and error budgets in production
- Have experience with Developer Experience (DevEx) tooling
