We're CoHo, Copenhagen's fastest growing content studio and the creative partner behind some of Denmark's most ambitious scaleups and global brands, including Soundboks, Visma, TDC and Mofibo.

Close to 40 brands work with us every month. We're profitable, growing fast, and deliberately small, because quality and ownership matter to us more than headcount.

We're hiring our second in-house videographer / editor. Someone experienced who can walk in, take ownership, and shoot at the level we're known for.

The role

You'll be behind the camera most days, shooting a different brand in our studio and on location, then editing your own footage into finished work. Roughly 80 percent shooting, 20 percent editing. You'll own at least half of our productions, with a chunk of the being from brief to final delivery, with the team around you and nobody holding your hand.

What you'll do

• Shoot at a cinematic level for scaleup and enterprise brands, in studio and on location
• Edit your own footage into polished, finished content when we need extra editing support
• Own your projects and run your own day, without being micromanaged
• Work directly with clients on set and make them feel in expert hands

What you bring

• 3 to 5+ years as a videographer and editor (production, agency, freelance, or in-house)
• A strong showreel or portfolio. This is what we care about most
• Cinematic craft, plus a real understanding of what drives clicks and attention on ads
• An eye for detail. You don't ship anything half-baked
• Independent, self-managing, calm, and good with people
• Danish and English
• Your own editing setup is a strong bonus
