Mad & Kaffe is looking for a skilled and ambitious Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and help deliver high-quality food experiences for our guests — always with a focus on craftsmanship, consistency, and great hospitality.

About the role

As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the daily operation of the kitchen and support the Head Chef in maintaining high standards across service, preparation, and team culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Daily kitchen operations and service management
  • Quality control and ensuring consistency in every dish
  • Ordering and stock management
  • Preparation planning and kitchen organization
  • Leading and motivating the team during your shifts
  • Supporting and developing junior team members

You are passionate about food, leadership, and teamwork. You enjoy taking responsibility and want to be part of a growing company where there is room to develop both professionally and personally.
