We are looking for a QEHS Manager who believes that quality, safety, and environmental responsibility are not separate functions—they are essential parts of how a successful business operates every day.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and strengthen our Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety culture across our Make-to-Order district heating operations. You will work closely with production teams, engineers, project managers, and leadership to ensure that we deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality solutions to our customers.
This is not a role from behind a desk.
We are looking for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, understanding how work is performed in practice, and partnering with teams to solve problems, improve processes, and build a culture where quality and safety are everyone's responsibility.
What You’ll Be Doing
We are looking for a QEHS Manager who enjoys being close to the operation and partnering with people across the business to improve quality, safety, and environmental performance.
This is a visible leadership role where you will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Management to ensure that quality and safety are embedded in the way we work every day.
You will spend time on the shopfloor, support continuous improvement initiatives, drive compliance and audits, and help create a culture where everyone takes ownership of quality and safety.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive our QEHS strategy, fostering a culture where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are embedded in everything we do
- Partner directly with our Operations, Engineering, and Project Management teams on the shop floor to identify risks, solve problems, and improve processes
- Lead internal and external audits to ensure we meet and exceed industry standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
- Champion quality for our customers and suppliers, leading the resolution of any issues and ensuring our entire value chain meets our high standards
- Use your data-driven approach to monitor performance, lead root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions that deliver measurable results
- Experience within manufacturing, engineering, energy, infrastructure, or project-based environments
- Knowledge of quality and safety management systems and standards
- Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence across functions
- A practical, hands-on approach and genuine interest in understanding operations
