As a core member of the Business Unit Leadership team and a close partner to the Head of the Business Unit, your insights will directly shape our strategic direction. What You’ll Be Doing
As our Strategic Finance Business Partner, you will use your expertise to guide and influence our business.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Acting as a sparring partner to the head of the Business Unit, proactively supporting her in steering BU performance by analyzing trends, risk and opportunities across the P&L and Balance Sheet to ensure we stay on track
- Serving as a strategic Finance Business Partner on the leadership team, directly influencing investment decisions and our long-term growth strategy
- Working closely with the functional heads to guide our commercial, operational, and innovation roadmaps by translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
- Proactively identifying and championing opportunities for business improvement, helping us work smarter and achieve our ambitious goals.
- Ensuring robust financial controls and compliance, safeguarding the integrity of our global financial practices.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in finance and a passion for using your skills to drive business performance.
We Are Looking For
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, combined with experience in finance or controlling, ideally within a global manufacturing environment
- The ability to act as a true business partner, using fact-based analysis to influence stakeholders and guide decision-making
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to make complex financial information understandable and engaging for any audience
- Fluency in English
