Office & Accounting Assistant

We are looking for an Office and Finance Assistant. We are part of a larger international organization, and you will experience a workday with professional diversity, international collaboration, and a variety of tasks.
About The Position
You will become part of our small local finance team in Denmark, where you will help keep daily operations running smoothly – both with administrative and office-related tasks. You will work on a variety of assignments across countries and collaborate with colleagues in other countries, primarily in English or Scandinavian languages.
Your tasks will include:
- Bookkeeping, invoice processing, and reconciliations
- Assistance with monthly and annual closing
- Invoicing and accounts receivable follow-up
- Cross-functional financial reporting across entities and countries
- Administrative office tasks, including handling mail, appointments, and documents
- Contact with office-related suppliers, e.g. landlord etc.
- Welcoming guests and issuing visitor passes
- Organizing internal events that promote workplace well-being
- Purchasing office supplies
