About The Role And Responsibilities

As Senior Member of Operations, you will be taking over the day-to-day responsibilities from the Director of Operations, and grow to be someone he can rely on, with the ambition of becoming a core member of Teton. You will proactively take burdens away and run with it. You will find bottlenecks in the company, and all the places where things get lost between teams.

You will work across the full operating layer of Teton. Your job is to continuously focus on the biggest lever for achieving increasingly better outcomes.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can operate inside ambiguity, and has overcome it.

You might have been a founder, Chief of Staff, Head of Operations, or the person people trusted when the work was unclear. You will have experienced hypergrowth, and you will know the challenges it brings.

You will know that it means a full focus on execution every day, and focusing on achieving outcomes (as opposed to just following process). And that it means balancing pragmatic with perfect.
