As Marketing Excellence Consultant – Search Marketing, you drive excellence across Grundfos by developing strategies, frameworks, and best practices to elevate organic and paid search globally. You'll be part of an inclusive, people-first culture focused on growth and well-being.


What you will be doing

You will help strengthen how customers discover Grundfos by advancing our search marketing capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the Search Marketing framework toward integrated search (organic, AI, and paid search) to drive visibility, traffic and conversions
  • Drive adoption of processes, tools and ways of working to improve customer experience across search engines, AI chat, and search ads
  • Provide expert consultancy to divisions and leadership, including analysis, insights and best practice sharing
  • Optimise content and visibility in traditional search and AI-driven discovery, with a focus on corporate website optimisation (on-site and off-site)
  • Collaborate with media agency and divisions to optimise shared search accounts
  • Analyse performance data to identify opportunities, measure ROI, and prioritise UX and budget allocation
  • Stay ahead of algorithm changes, trends, and competitive developments
  • Build capability by training and advising colleagues


What makes you a great fit

You are a strategic, hands-on search marketing expert with strong analytical skills and ability to drive impact globally. We also expect:

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, digital consultancy, or similar
  • 2+ years of experience in SEO and/or SEM in a multi-market setting
  • Experience with key SEO tools – keyword research, discovery and performance
  • Strong communication skills, translating technical insights into clear recommendations
  • Track record of contributing to scalable strategies or frameworks with measurable results
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset

It is a plus if you also have:

  • Understanding of AI/LLMs and their role in search
  • Experience in a complex, global B2B environment
  • Experience with content strategy and analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics
