- Experience working within finance operations, billing,, or order-to-cash processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems and supporting finance tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions to operational challenges.
- A structured and process-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience improving workflows, automation, or operational processes is considered an advantage.

Primary responsibilities:
- Own and support finance operations processes across the order-to-cash lifecycle.
- Ensure accurate and efficient execution of billing, reconciliations, and revenue-related activities.
- Act as a subject matter expert across ERP systems and supporting operational processes.
- Investigate and resolve billing issues, reconciliations, data inconsistencies, and process inefficiencies.
- Support month-end close activities and ensure accurate alignment across systems and revenue-related data.
- Partner closely with RevOps, Commercial, Finance, and Product Supply teams to support smooth operational execution.
- Drive continuous improvements in systems, workflows, and operational processes.
- Identify and support automation opportunities that improve scalability and reduce manual effort.
- Maintain high levels of data quality, operational accuracy, and process integrity.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders across functions on revenue operations-related topics.
