SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER – IAM / IDENTITY & ACCESS (TELECOM INDUSTRY)

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiative within the telecom industry.

This role involves end-to-end ownership of a complex IAM program, as well as managing an additional parallel project. The environment is highly dynamic and requires strong execution capabilities, structured delivery, and stakeholder alignment across multiple domains.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale IAM project
Structure and break down complex deliverables into manageable workstreams
Coordinate cross-functional teams (internal and external resources)
Drive project estimation and planning in collaboration with technical specialists
Ensure progress, quality, and delivery within agreed timelines and scope
Manage risks, dependencies, and reporting
Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders (Head Of / CxO level)
Manage an additional project in parallel

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

5–7+ years of experience in IT project management in complex environments
Proven experience delivering IAM / Identity & Access Management initiatives
(e.g. IAM platforms, Active Directory, identity governance)
Strong experience managing projects with multiple parallel workstreams
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and distributed teams
Hands-on experience with project planning, estimation, and execution
Experience with stakeholder management at senior management level (CxO / Head Of)
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and security domains
Certified in project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile frameworks)
Experience working within telecom or similarly complex industries is an advantage
